Please welcome THE HOLLOWPOINTS to Sailor's Grave Records!
SAILOR'S GRAVE is proud to announce the addition of Seattle, WA's THE HOLLOWPOINTS to the roster. THE HOLLOWPOINTS have been spreading their melodic, passion-driven, gritty punk rock
message of socio-political insurrection since 2001 with no sign of letting up. The band will be releasing their debut SGR album, Old Haunts On The
Horizon, on April 20, 2010. Look for the band on tour nationally to support the release.
Bassist and vocalist Benny Early had this to say about the signing: "We couldn’t be more excited to have joined the Sailor’s Grave family. It's our
honor to be part of a label with such an amazing history and roster! After a nearly 3 year break without a new record on the streets we are thrilled
to be back and we’re ready to cover some ground worldwide with Old Haunts on The Horizon in 2010!"
I heard this album when they were shopping it around. It's fuckin' great. Honestly, I'm shocked that they had it in the can for so long without
getting a label on it. Everyone should mark their calendars for this release. I will be.
the whole cd is really catchy. generally speaking, it's a little more mild that what i listen to on regular basis, but it has become a daily
listener. i'm excited to get it out and these dudes are anxious to get on the road.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

What I liked most about it when I listened was that it was obvious that they put a lot of thought and effort into their CD. I'm so tired of punk bands
that tour all the time putting out shitty CD's. They'll tour, tour, tour and then come off the road for two months and write AND record a CD in that
time. Then they throw that out there and tour again. These guys actually went home and made an incredible record. It shows they care and they don't
want to just have a new piece of plastic on the merch table to sell. That's the kind of band I want to be a fan of.... not one that's just looking for
the next $10 donation.
