i'm in tech support.
it's 2:30pm and the phone has gone once all day.
supposed to be til 6 but i'm gonna try and get out at 4.
one person could have run our office today. (and still done nothing!)

I work in operations and do a lot triaging of customer issues that come in that are opened by our call center. There have been 5 opened today so far
this time yesterday it was over 50.
Well I've got a feeling I'm gonna get mine in. Retribution let the games begin.

I am chilling at home with my cats, was asked to do a day contract for some media company this morning but returned the call too late. my mum came
over to see me and give me the gifts she hadnt sent yet.
Tmrw will be the same, chilling with my cats until i maybe drop round my friends house in the evening IF my wisdom teeth arent still causing me the
pain they have been today!

i got bombed on sierra nevada celebration ale last night and a few shots.
also enjoyed some wings for the first time in a while.
off today.
just picked up my girl's birthday cake, her b day is on christmas.
