In Boulder, Colorado they have this amazing tea house that made me experience tea the way the snotty folks experience wine. I could see how the flavor
of the tea combined with the food I had there, it was a bizarre experience and I loved it. If that wasn't about an 8 hour drive from here I'd spend
way too much time and money on their tea, not to mention the great food they have there. For anybody who ever finds themselves out that way, I HIGHLY
recommend checking out that place. It's called the Dushanbe Tea House and was actually built piece by piece by artists in Dushanbe, which is a town in
the former Soviet Union. They shipped each piece of the place to Boulder and reassembled it there. It's an event just to go and have dinner there, but
you can buy tea from them and they have a huge menu just of their teas.

Dry tea has more caffeine, prepared its a lot less. I think coffee is something like 100 milligrams for 8 ozs, where as black tea is 50 and green
something like 25.
If I had an 8oz cup of coffee in the morning I'd be spracked for a while.
