$50.00 Best Buy gift card for sale (sob story attached) ;)

I have a $50 Best Buy gift card and I need money BAD! I feel bad since it was a christmas gift from a good friend but I need money badly. I am trying to get almost face value for it but am willing to take offers.

Might as well post the "sob story" since this is Thorp and all and you are my unpaid therapist...

Birthday month, need to register and inspect my 1991 Oldsmobile (it only has 91,000 mile on it so I can't complain). Thought I needed tires. Lost my job friday(was a temp job / knew it wasn't going to last). Paid to get 2 front tires put on (cheap sears "Guardsman" tires for $37.00 each! $110 for both installed) and found out I need at lease Outter Tie Rod ends if not Inner ones as well, they quoted me at about $400-500. I found a friend that will do it for cheap and the parts will be $75 for all of em or only $40 if I just need outters. Before that gets fixed my "CHARGE" battery lite comes on so I am thinking "Oh great, a battery too!". Paid $20.00 to get it checked to find out it is the Alternator and my Serpentine belt is cracked to shit and should also be replaced. Place that checked my car quoted me at $337.67. I can do that work but parts will cost $90.00 for the Alt and $15 for the belt. I had VERY little saved since I was still playing catchup from my last bout of unemployment and I am wondering how long it will take to get my next unemployment check since I just reapplied.

Also ,I'm not even going to get into the vet work I need (not desperate but needs to get done soon / dental work) for my cat...

Happy birthday!!!

I know others have it worse and I am actually trying to take this the best I can (so far, so good). Figured one of you Thorp board peeps may be able to use the Best Buy card same as cash, I just need cash to be used same as cash! ;)

I figure it could have been worse in the way that at least I know how to install and alternator and serpentine belt and have a friend that can do the tie rod ends and will probably only charge me like $50.00. I am just wondering what magical money I am going to use to register and inspect my car.
