I eat fiber thats what f-d up. I even take a fiber supplement once or sometimes twice a day. I eat raisin bran in morning along with a blueberry or
strawberry banana fruit smoothie. I add egg white protein and a milk to it. I mostly eat fresco bean burritos for lunch at TBELL or subway roast
chicken or vegi sandwich.
