Anyone ever straighten a basement wall???
I have a wall in my basement that is beginning to bow in a buit at about 3 feet down. I can't get any info from internet or anyone at lowes or home
depot. I want to rent a mini escavator and anything else I mneed to do it myself since I do not have $8,000 to pay a company. Any help of info on
materials and what to do is appreciated.

I have a cousin that did something like this so I'll get some information from him for you. The basic principle is that you slightly jack the house
up with really heavy duty jacks, placing the jacks under structurally significant beams, make the repair to the wall, and sloooowly lower the house
back down. I'll find out more information asap and let you know. Once the pressure is off of the foundation you should be able to repair relatively
easily. Good luck.

Todd. Any info is GREATLY appreciated. I plan on starting the end of July beginning August just so I can get all the info I will need to do this thing
right. Forreal ANY INFO is greatly appreciated. Maybe I post some pic highlights when I do start as a joke.
Jason consider yourself lucky. Basements are great for sound and extra room but they are high maintenance if you have any issues with them.
