well, i can now say ive had the pleasure of....
putting out a car fire
my girlfriends car just exploded.....literally exploded in flames. the fire department had to come out
its been an interesting day

well, you can cross that off life's to-do list.
that happened to a buddy of mine a few years back.
the engine in his jetta started flaming while he was driving.
dude, pulled over, grabbed his bag with his laptop and camera and started filmingthat shit!
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

were both ok. i was actually driving. i had to dump an entire fire extinguisher into it, and then the garden hose because it wouldnt go out (it
happened right as we were pulling in to the driveway), then the fire department came out. i also tried to pull out the battery while it was still on
fire before i was thinking could use the garden hose, and i inhaled a lot of smoke. im still not quite right, but it could have been a lot worse. we
literally had just gotten off the freeway like 2 minutes earlier
it looks like insurance is gonna total it out though, which i guess is nice
crazy shit. we just did a service on it the day before and it was running better then it had in years

I've seen cars on fire numerous times. Never had the pleasure to put one out though. I was routinely worried my old Plymouth Voyager would burst into
flame though. I worked with a guy that had that happen in the same model because of electrical problems, and mine had electrical problems.
