I feel your pain. I'm just getting over it. I was clearing some of the brush around the house and got chatting to a neighbor, when he says "I see your
infested here too....that poison ivy is everywhere". Here I was in shorts.......awesome. I was using generic CVS brand calamine lotion, and taking an
antihistimine pill. The pill I was taking was prescription strenght Allegra. Its for allergies, but I think any over the counter maximum strength
allergy pill or heartburn pill will help. Good luck

How bad is yours? My arms got it the worst. I have a bit on my abs and lower leg.
