Oh I'm impressed. But it's not really much of a work out in that sense that none of us could go to the gym tomorrow and expect to try this work out. My arm would snap off after the first chin up. :tumble:

No they are not. It is not possible to get that size with only calisthenics. I am sure they work our in the gym on a regular and when put together with this work out they are in amazing shape. There are some things in that video I am going to try at the gym this weekend and there are others that one would have to have some gymnastics background in order to not kill themselves.

None the less everyone needs to start somewhere. You work up to doing 5 then 10 pull ups and you are on your way. After that all you need to do is possess the drive to keep improving each and every day. Once you start to see results it will become addictive and the sky is the limit.

^I wouldn't think so. The one dude, GIANT, he spent some time in the pen... so that dude was walking out of there jacked I'm sure. Still, the guys in the videos are like the cream of the crop from that group. They are working mostly with jr high and high school kids to keep 'em off the street corner and out of trouble.
