bbq baked bean recipes???
i'm looking for an old school baked beans recipe.
by old school, i mean the recipe uses whole ingredients like Navy beans, tomato sauce/paste/juice, sugar, maple syrup, onions, garlic, dry mustard,
herbs, spices and shit like that instead of "take a can of Bush's, add ketchup, mustard..."
i used to have one and lost it.
i've tried 4 or 5 times using random recipes off the net, but haven't found the right one.
anyone got the goods???

I just make it on the fly. I use canned beans, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, onions, and bacon.

YA DON'T USE KIDNEY BEANS,MO...
CANNELONI/WHITE BEANS ARE WHAT SOAK UP THE GOODNESS...
Somehow I misread "Navy" as "Kidney"...
Much like my typing/advice,cooking is all trial and error
Will learn to Tap Dance,eventually...Will have you broads Hula,definitely...Trust me,you'll see.
