The Bruisers - music blog
Jeff Morris from the Bruisers has launched a pretty cool music blog where he tells tales from his musical history. You can see rare pictures, hear
recordings and be entertained by his awesome stories. It just got started last week and it's already off and running.
Jeff is one of those guys that I could listen to all night talking about how the band came to be and stories behind their songs and stuff. If you've
heard his latest band, Death & Taxes, then you know the dude is a great story teller. Check it out if you want:

Cool thanks for posting, there's some good stories on there.
Well I've got a feeling I'm gonna get mine in. Retribution let the games begin.

Good stuff. It's kind of funny and wierd to learn, years later, about all these little side scenes you didn't know were going on at the time. I
remember the Bruisers, Queers, GG, Jonee Earthquake, etc. But we didn't usually venture further north than, say, Salem or so for shows and things.
Plus, a good rock 'n' roll story is a good rock 'n' roll story no matter how you slice it.

awesome!Reading that post yesterday has had me on a nonstop Bruisers kick. Started the morning off with Better Days, and I already feel like today
will be one.

I love the story about the first Bruisers show. Wish somebody had had a video camera back then to tape it.

I forgot all about the Cadilac Hitmen! I had seen them a few times. I need to grab one of their cd's, I am sure I might be able to find one in
Portsmouth somewhere...
