Tshirt Design Help?

I have an idea for a graphic, but I'm not sure how to do it.

I wanna take an image and make it into a puzzle. So the print on the shirt would not be square, it would be an open ended puzzle on all 4 sides. There also would be a couple of pieces missing that maybe are printed below the main graphic, kind of like they are waiting to be insterted into the puzzle.

Any suggestions?

I'm not looking for someone to do it for me if I can find out how to do it myself. Plus I always hope you're super busy!!

This would help with some of tyhe shapes. Would probably just need to use this as a template and then cut and paste from their. Maybe use some shaddow and stroke effects between each piece. http://www.roter-stern-gartenstadt.de/Bilder/layout/puzzle.j...
