how to clean discolored plastic?

I was looking on line about how to clean discolored plastic and the only thing I can find says to soak it in 'Oxygenated Bleach' is that like the Oxyclean stuff?

Anyone have any other suggestions on how to whiten up discolored white plastic?

Cleaning? Not sure but I do know that if you want to paint it KYLON has this awesome paint for plastic things. Used it on kids stuff in the backyard. Looks amazing and doesn't chip. It's flexible.

Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.
