ST,Cro-mags,DRI

Went to the show last night in Worcester, gotta say all three bands brought it hard. Especially the Cro-mags, they played with so much energy. Mackie is one of the greatest drummers I have ever seen, and JJ just was just awesome. And for a band who's singer is in his 40's they brought it harder than most of the younger bands out there today. Best show I have seen in a long time.

That is one killer lineup

Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

Yeah Mackie is fierce. That's a dude who plays drums with his whole body. He's not just plated on the stool moving his arms...every inch of that guys body is playing the drums. Wierd comparison but he reminds me of Tommy Aldridge...up down up down just pummeling the drums like it's what he was born to do.

When I saw Mags around Halloween he was definitely the highlight of their set. That's the first time I'd seen them w/ him in the lineup.
