I bid it from about $180 to almost $1600 and was never the high bidder.

i assume he got this from a band member. had to of.
Whenever we see HR (which used to be a lot. He lived in this warehouse until recently where a bunch of bands record and people have parties, most
recently iron cross and next step up shows). He would always have this briefcase, and we always wondered what was in it... maybe one of these?! haha

This was given by the Bad Brains to the guy who ran ROIR, who gave it to his son, who sold it to a record store a few years ago where I bought it for
an arm and a leg.
