Why? 2 reasons - "Left Hand Path" and "Clandestine". 2 perfect records that will hold up forever!

I agree with you, but to me they are the only great records that Entombed ever put out. From that point on I don't even see how they could be
considered a death metal band.
Dismember on the other hand turned out and still is turning out amazing death metal albums.
