I am going to let the thorp board decide for me.
Wisdom In Chains and Deicide are both playing in Toronto on Feb 25th. Who do I go see?

WIC.
total audience participation.
I love them.
Having said that, I have never seen Deicide live.
I dug their first few cds.
Haven't heard anything since Snakes of Christ or whatever it was called.

I think you are thinking of Serpents Of The Light?
Saw Deicide when I was 16 and they blew my fucking mind. I have never seen WIC.

this is a tough call.
both are sure to be a excellent.
i think it's really gonna come down what you're in the mood for.
i mean, wic should be a climb-all-over-one-another, sing-along, stage-dive, participatory kinda show.
deicide seems like it'd be more of a stand back, listen and rock out kinda show.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

WIC, its more likely that Deicide will be in town again. I wish I could see WIC, doubt they will ever make it this far west.

Deicide suck. Go see WIC.
Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

See Deicide in London on the 24th then see WIC in Toronto on the 25th London is
only 2 hours drive tops.
Deicide
Belphegor
Blackguard
Neuraxis
Pathology
Thursday Feburary 24
Music Hall London
I don't know where any of the other Wisdom in Chains shows are but there might be another one in the area.
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

London. No. Went to university there and that town is a dump and I don't want to see anyone enough to drive two hours down the highway in the dead of
winter. Good thinking though if it were summer I might have actually done it.
I am going to wait and see if the new Deicide album is any good, there last one sucked. If it is then I will go see Deicide, if not then I am going to
WIC.
Thanks for all the input.
BKT.

Road trip to Montreal? Both tours playing there, Wisdom In Chains in Montreal would probably be more fun than in Toronto.
WIC is in Windsor on the 24th, farther but not London

haven't heard WIC before, & the only time I can really handle Deicide is when I play them on a bar jukebox after someone plays some wack top 40 rap
bullshit. & anyone who brands inverted crosses into his head sounds like an interesting character to me
record collectors are pretentious assholes
