New Rick Ta Life Vids
Came across these on youtube. I know this guy has had a ton of shit thrown at him in recent years. I don't give a shit. I have dealt with him and
bought CD's and always treated me well. I like his music too.

Poor guy has gone crazy on fried foods and face tattoos.

He can't do vocals any more. Can't talk about getting fat in old age though since I did the same
Should do the same thing Harley & JJ need to do and just call it a day.
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

John Joseph don't need to call it quits...
That deal he is doin now is a better show than the cro mags were back in the day
I dont subscribe to everything he is into but dude is true and has more heart than 99% of the new " hardcore" bands ever will.
you come at the king....you best not miss

I think JJ, Harley, etc. need to leave the Cro-Mags in the past, and just do something new.
Rick Ta Life needs to get a job, but that won't be easy considering his appearance.

some of my friends have had 'normal' rick ta life situations...
rick went to my friend brians house (i think brian was doing something with commin correct). Brians dad openned the door, slammed it shut, said to
brian 'ive dealt with a lot of your weird friends, but no way with that thing' ha
and my buddy charles (sang in Backhand) and his brother took rick to the six flags right outside dc. he said people were either deathly afraid of
rick, or intrigued. Many thought he was a celebrity and just got pictures for the hell of it.

JJ is still good. Harley needed to hang it up a long time ago.
With Rick, I've never really been a fan of his music. However, I think the guy went legitimately crazy a while back. One of the bad side effects of
most (if not all) anti-psychotic medications is substantial weight gain, and I wouldn't be surprised if that's why the guy got fat. I've laughed at
the guy's crazy myspace ramblings as much as anyone, and almost laughed when he talked the same way in the video (every "Brian Payless" comment, where
"Brian" would have been sufficient). But, honestly, seeing people laugh at him now just makes me sad. Dude has serious problems and needs help, and
I hope he's getting it. Reminds me a bit of back when Warzone was putting phone numbers for all sorts of non-profit support organizations - for
runaways, drug abuse, rape, etc - in their CDs and makes me wish the same kind of support was going on today. But I guess it's easier and more fun to
laugh at others' fucked up misfortunes.
I guess that's the end of my rant. No offense intended towards anyone on here (and it's mostly based on the shitbags I interact with off the board
and away from the punk/oi/skinhead/hardcore "scene").
Oh, and whoever mentioned the Roger Miret impersonation... dead on. Couldn't believe how much that sounded exactly like Roger.

Always sounded like Roger.
STRENGTH THROUGH UNITY was a great cd.
Dude needs some help. He is a loose cannon and face ink don't go away.

^^^^^^^ I think they need to grow the fuck up, put shit aside and tour as CROMAGS. Release a new cd and then tour again.
