what's up with that massive price drop? is it a foreclosure or are the owners just desperate to sell? is the price you got it at average for the
area? if so, i'm moving to maine.

wow, this house is great. i dream of a front porch (where i can sit in my rocking chair and shoot with my rifle on the neighbours) and a big kitchen
like that.

Thanks! probably about 20 minutes from where I live now but in Maine which I have never lived in. Our agent said that is the biggest price drop she
had ever seen. It has been on the market for almost a year so... Can't wait to get in it!!!

That's awesome! Berwick is a beautiful town! You'll have to take a ride over to Springvale to have breakfast at the Black Bear Cafe.... I highly
recommend it.
