I should have made a video of when I through out all the vinyl. I took a 6 pack of Sam Adams lager and went through each one to see is for some possibility I could salvage any. I couldn't. Some really awesome stuff got destroyed in that.

That's fucked up. Did your insurance cover it all?

Insurance did cover most of it. Only the walls, cleaning, insulation and flooring and various appliances. Did not cover the records even ebay completed past sales info. They don't care about limited edition Murphy's Law, H2O, SOIA, INSTED, etc records.I posted this on youtube because the lawyer dealing with the class action lawsuit is in Chicago and needed the vid. I didnt want to send the whole tape as it has family stuff on it too. Ya the lawsuit agasint the city is taking that long.

Now the second third and fourth flood was even worse. but I didn't ahve too much down their. Insurance covered replacing drywall and flooring again though. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BUY A HOUSE IN TEH FUTURE THAT YOU HAVE NO HISTORY OF BASEMENT FLOODING. IF you do get insurance.
