Hey SE Mass/Northern RI folks, I need a job...

Well, a second job actually. I've recently inherited my ex's half of the rent on the apartment, and I really need some extra income. If any of you know of anyone who's hiring, I've been filling out apps all over the place, but no luck. Things are getting kind of desperate around here. I tried getting another roommate with no success, but I also have mixed feelings about bringing someone new into what used to be our home, and at nearly 42, I really would like to try life without roommates for once. So if anyone knows anything, please U2U me or email me or Facebook me or whatever. Thanks!

Nope. I have no skills in that area. I have experience with call centers, retail, liquor stores, fast food, radio, loading docks, writing, and teaching, but no construction skills. I was even thinking about maybe being a bar back somewhere. There are a few bars in my area, but no one seems to need anything.

sorry man thats all I got. They might have other open positions at my work, but they have to call back all the laid off people first. They are just almost always looking for welders though. Hope you find something!

I think my nursing home is looking for a cook, but North Andover might be a long ride for the crappy pay.

Yeah, North Andover's a bit out of the way, but thanks for the suggestion. If any of my creative endeavors paid even a little bit, this wouldn't be a problem. Grrr...
