powerpoint question
Why would the audio I have loaded onto some pages always fucking delete? I saved that shit over and over and over. Every time I try and submit my
assignment to my professor it is constantly gone. All I get it a question mark next to the audio symbol. What the fuck am I doing wrong. Its an
assignment for sixth graders I am student teaching. This fucking sucks because it was a cool presentation that involves making a song with tracks from
garageband. ITS FUCKING PISSING ME OFF.

how big / what type / how many files are you trying to embed?
my guess would be that it has something to do with the way the file is being saved. check options when saving for something like embed audio/video.

Yeah sounds like it's linking to the audio file instead of embedding it. If you can't embed it, save the ppt and audio file in the same folder,
update the link, then zip/rar it and send him both
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

I linked the songs from itunes straight to the powerpoint. The speaker icon plays as soon as I bring up the page. It plays and works for a while, but
then it fucking disappears. The stupid ass question mark next to the speaker is mocking me.
I was thinking about this morning. Should I save the songs somewhere else instead of linking them directly from itunes? Is that my problem?

might be. try putting the audio files (mp3s) you want to use directly in the same folder as the ppt presentation itself, then save it all.

I saved to desktop. Then zipped them each. Then dragged them to each page I used them on. The icon seems to be working better. The songs are on. I
will post it here to see how it looks before I submit. Keep in mind this is for 6th grade students.
Its a hyperlink presentation quiz about the first 5 U.S. Presidents. I've never done this before so I'm digging it. Technology in the classroom. Who
knew?
1. Choose the right answer and begin to create a song.
2. Each right answer adds an instrument to the song.
3. After the fifth answer your song is complete.
4. If you answer wrong I added a song there too.

this is your answer. The source of the audio is on your computer. The "link" is pointing to the file location on your machine. When e-mail it and your
teacher opens it, it still looks for the location on your computer.
