Social Distortion
Probablly one of my favorite bands ever. Anyway, my girl surprised me with tickets for Oct. 22nd (I think) at the TLA in Philly.
Psyched. Defintilly fucking awsome live. But, when she told me the price for 2 tickets I almost flipped. Something like $90.00 bucks or some shit.
Unbeliveable.

Ok, it's the 21st and it was a LITTLE less then 90, but still fucking ridiculous. Being's that I didn't pay for it, whats the most any of you would
pay to see your favorite band? Not that fucking much.

Have you ever noticed how crayons are a lot like M&M's? All the colors tend to taste the same.

I just missed them playing a local venue near me ealier this summer. I'm considering going to NYC to see them, but am undecided as of yet (cost being
a factor).
I just shelled out about 50 bucks after taxes and surcharges and convenience fees to see Green Day. It damn well better be worth it. And that's about
as much as I'm willing to spend, and only for a band I really love, and if the ablum they're promoting on the tour is worth it.
Flogging Molly are the best. They are unbelievable live and their tickets are usually 15-17 bucks in advance, and worth every penny.
The last few arena shows I've been to have sucked, and the smaller/local bands at 7-9 bucks a pop have been far better.

I saw them in Houston at the Verizon Wireless Theater last November. Tickets we're $35.00 for gereral admission. It was
a great live show. Well worth the money. Everybody was singing along. The worst part was sitting through Tiger Army.

Saw Social D at the Norva, and it was amazing!!!!! I think the price was the same as DAKs, about 35.00 and worth every penny, I got shitfaced and sang
along, it was great. Backyard babies, were some lame ass swedish heroine chic fags though. I would have loved it if Tiger Army opened, I love that
band.

I definitly agree it's worth the money. It's just crazy that prices are that high.

Yeah, the merchandise was totally ridiculous too, they were charging like 25.00 for a t-shirt. As long as people will pay the price I guess.

Yea, it's a shame exspecially when you have looked up to bands like these for YEARS. At least some tours still keep the prices down at like 15 for
venues that 8-10 years ago where between like 10 and 13 dollars.

Yeah, I saw Social Distortion in 96' at this place called the Abyss here in Houston. It was 12 bux and they played all the badass songs and Mike Ness
even threw his guitar off and jumped off of the stage and socked some dude. His solo tour was badass in 98' too.
I just can\'t seem to STAND STILL
