how old again?
if it's not getting worse, i don't think there's not much you can do but wait out. depending on how old and if there is a fever, maybe children's tylenol, but a call to the ped. might be in order.
i'ev also found that a humidifyer helps our 18mo sleep better when she's congested.

im home from work and sick as hell! Better today then I was yesterday, but still not great. Definitly some sort of stomach flu over here.

I was too afraid to use those suction things you use for a babies nose to get the boogies out.

ahahah oh god, those things are insane!
when my boy was about 8 months... i had to suck out a looooot of boogs from his nose... he almost filled it up half way. Sounded gross as hell.
