I am a tight 36 and a loose 38, so I guess I'm a perfect 37?? I dont know, but I have to work out three times a week mandatory and I have maintained a
certain weight level for the most part, I do want to get back down to 180 ish from 210. Damn Beer..........I have switched to light and it still kicks
my ass. I definitley think this is a good idea, I could give you guys input on military standards and theories on weight managment if you want.

^ absolutely. input on different theories and techniques will be helpful.

just for the record Im REALLY psyched about this. Its like a weight watchers support group for lazy hardcore guys! I have lost weight in the past and
I know that its my general mood/depression that has caused me to gain it back, but the last few times I have tried its been a big failure which is
more depressing and it turns into a vicious circle. I think that with a group of people doing it in a fun/contest kind of way with one group goal and
everyone supporting each other that this can really work for everyone.... I hope so anyway!

I'm 6' 250 I could definitely stand to lose 40, count me in.
I eat pretty good now, I don't eat alot of starchy stuff, I never drink pop with sugar, I drink MAYBE once a week. I'm just extremely lazy. I work 8
hours a day in front of the computer and that isn't a great motivational tool to be active when I get home.
edit...as a side note I lost about 30 on Atkins 2 years back, but gained some back...I cant really deal with the high protein thing well, I have one
kidney and was worried about health problems. Then I dropped the hammer in Vegas in Oct and gained at least another 10+ back on my Vegas diet (2
buffets a day, haha I don't fuck around). Now that the holidays are over, it'll be easier. I can't turn around at work without knocking over a cookie
tin or tray of fudge.

My older brother has lost a total of 56 pounds in the last 6 months. He found this dude online named John Stone who lost a bunch of weight and got
ripped by measuring caloric intake and spreadsheeting every bit of food he puts into his mouth. My brother worked out how many calories he needed to
take in to loose 1 pound a week while sitting on his couch, then when he lost a good portion he starting working out and the pounds have fallen off of
him. He eats 6 meals a day each meal consisting of 300 calories and certain amounts of fat, protien and carbs per day.
I should say that my bro is a scientist and has the type of brain that allows him to maintain a strict diet but he looks and feels great. He has said
that booze affects him differently now (he gets hammered like a 15 year old).

^ that sounds awesome, I would like to know more about that one. I plan to go on a metabolism enhancer and just run 3 to 4 times a week, this with
plenty of water and sticking to a 2000 calorie diet should be enough to get me down a few LBs
