what kind of "Diet Plans" are we following? I think I need some help with that part. Also... when are we starting?

Honus, I sent 2 plans over to Big D and some other references and articles. The forum will launch soon. I'm travelling through Tuesday night but
will hopefully get somethings going on Wednesday.
