Thorp Records downloads quiz.
Any guesses as to the number of mp3 and video downloads in 2005?
How about most popular mp3 and video?
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

Yeah me too.
Have you ever noticed how crayons are a lot like M&M's? All the colors tend to taste the same.

the numbers you guys are throwing out are probably way off...when we put up the Clenched Fist "Welcome To Memphis" video it was downloaded over 35,000
times just from our server during that year. That's not counting this site.

Juice is absolutely right.
I'll give you a little hint. Clenched Fist's "Welcome To Memphis" is our third most popular video with 55,337 downloads in 2005.
You can throw a few more numbers around if you wanna give it a shot for fun's sake. I'll post the totals tomorrow.
Oh, and congratulations, Joel.

Double Ramallah, both video and MP3, and I'll say 75 to 100 thousand each? I'm not good at this stuff.

I am thinking Ramallah video = Number 1 spot, and Drowningman video = #2 spot just soely for the fact that they had there own intro pages on the site.
As for mp3's, I have NO idea. I bet NSK's video did pretty well with DL's as well, I know I have watched it wuite a few times as well as the New
Breed video.

I wanna still say Ramallah on both answers. I took a guess on the Ramallah one cause it wasn't up all year but i'll change the video to 97,000 and
the mp3 to 100,000. This is a really tough quiz. We have no clue how much people view everything.

I could see the Blood for Blood and Slapshot ones being up there in downloads. The Striking Distance video too.

TOTALS:
1,329,346 MP3s
587,780 Videos
MOST POPULAR:
North Side Kings, Bad Guy video - 209,538
Blood For Blood, Live The Lie mp3 - 100,264
remember, these are annual totals, not monthly averages, so ramallah is definitely up there, but it wasn't available long enough to take a top
position.

I remember when the BFB song was still called Hardcore 101. I even have it on cd with that old title. Serenity was sweet.
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.
