cold remedies?
when you get sick or you feel yourself getting sick, are there any medications, rituals or prayers you turn to for help?
Airborne has been doing a surprisingly good job at keeping me from getting sick. Once I do get sick, though, I subscribe to the "you gotta FEED a
cold" philosophy. Oh, and Buckley's does amazing things if you have a cough. Tastes like poison, though.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

Buckleys..........I remeber the infamous Buckleys thread of last year. I STILL HAVE NOT FOUND THAT YET. I will search tonight though. No colds yet but
I am hoping this healthy lifestyle will fend off the cold.
what I do when it happens is......Sleep, eat and bitch like a little girl. I usually go to the doctor and get something and then take it on point
every advised doseage. Gargle salt water and take very hot baths. Ya I said it..... BATHS.

I drink tea, try to get lots of rest, etc. Didnt work for me this past time, but oh well. I dont really take any medicine for colds unless it's
doctor prescribed. I finally kicked that last cold I had right before Christmas. I had that sucker for 2 and a half weeks. It had turned into
bronchitis and I was put on antibiotics.
Im a bad person to be posting on this thread anyway since Im not really normal health-wise.

I took those when I started getting sick last month, but they didnt help. I just get sick easily because Im taking meds to supress my immune system.
So, I wash my hands alot in order to try to keep healthy. It's amazing how much that really helps.

i tend to get alot of colds, i have a slight cold now thats been on and off for the past week.
i called my dr. today and he called me in some antibiotics.
things i usually try to do when i am sick
lots of hot showers or baths
lots of soup
lots of nyquil
for a sore throat try Cepocal lozenges, they work pretty good.
