I have just realised
I am very good at wasting time. I've known this all for a while but I am really good at it.

Me too. It makes me mad, but I waste stupid amounts of time at work staring into space, posting on message boards, talking to coworkers, etc. Im
sure that contributes to my staying late pretty often.
I suck. Maybe I have ADD or something.

Ya the ADD is of concern. Never been professionally diagnost but I think I got it.
