coming from experience? i just think i'd freak out if i had scissors in real deep like that, but im sure its entirely possible for it to happen like that, good to watch no matter what

I'm gonna have to call fake, the scissors appear to be about 2-3" into the skin and there's just no way that a normal pair of scissors with a limp-wristed toss are going to embed themselves in someone's arm like that. For that to happen they'd have to be thrown with considerable force and beat the odds by striking at the perfect angle to slice into the skin without causing profuse bleeding.
While I do encourage both harrassing video game nerds and mindless violence, I've got to say that this seems pretty staged to me.
