LA Show Cancelled...
Due to a back injury 7 Seconds will not be playing at the Key Club on Thursday. The Briggs and canadian Band Wednesday Night Heroes have stepped up to join the casualties on this 10 dollar 10 year Punk- athon!

OK, there's a mention of The Casualties and you just wanna talk about 7 Seconds sucking? You're slippin', Discipline. The Casualties are such a fuckin' joke. When they first came out I remember thinkin' it was about time for someone to try to bring back the sound they were doing. Then I heard more than one seven inch from them and realized they weren't bringin' back a sound so much as one song and then they were gonna beat it to death over and over. That's exactly what they've done, the most anybody needs from them is one song, one seven inch or CDEP if you're a glutton for punishment. Jeeze, these guys are walking cartoons who make me ashamed to be a part of the same scene even if I'm two thirds of a continent away.

The Casualties I think I have heard MAYBE 2 or three songs I thought they sucked. I thought they posed their way through the music but what do I know. Now 7 SECONDS sucking??? ARE YOU NUTS???????? 7 SECONDS are one of the original straight edge bands that put virtually everyone else on the map. Say they are mello now FINE, but to say one of the originators suck is rediculous. PUT ON "THE CREW" ADN SAY THEY STILL SUCK. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE.

Yeah, The Crew was a good record, but how long ago did that come out? And what have they done that comes close since then? Honestly, I dug 7 Seconds a lot in High School, but when New Wind came out it was all down hill from there.

All eps they first released. The CREW, WALK TOGETHER... ya soulforce and ourselves were terrible but I still rock them out sometimes. New Wind was a good record. Not great but good. MUSIC AND THE MESSAGE was good. and honestly have you heard the last 2 releases? GOOD TO GO and TAKIT ON, TAKE IT BACK, TAKE IT OVER? they are great. All I'm saying is 7 SECONDS is hardcore. Honest striaght forward good music. Have they changed with the times ya but they have been doing this for over 20 years. What matters is they are still doing it and better than they ever have.
