Can someone help me with a Flash graphic?

I need to get the Slapshot mask/skull traced in flash. I want to get it as a tattoo, but the versions I already have printable are not as detailed as the version on the shirt. So I need to get it traced with ALL of the detail and little bits etc. I also need it as a Photoshop document so that I can move the bones because I dont want the graphic to be exactly like it is layed out. Here are some pics to help explain a little better maybe?

THE SHIRT WITH THE MASK I WANT...

A VERY ROUGH SKETCH OF THE TATTOO I WANT (minus the banner)

I need to be able to move the bones because they dont actually cross correctly to match up with the hockey sticks I want to put behind them. If someone wants to hook me up and do the whole graphic I can paypal you a little money. Just let me know what you think.

This is an idea of how I want the tatto to look. See all the little details around the mask and bones? Thats whats missing on the version printed on the stickers and stuff.

Any help would be REALLY appreciated!

dude do you have a tattoo artist that you are planning on using for this

if so he should be able to do what you want as far as additional detail and moving the bones with minimal problems in the real world not on a machine....

if you don't have an artist yet, when you search one out bring him or her these ideas and if they are not willing to work with you to create the piece to fit you wnats as well as your body, they are not the artist you want, and move along

Yah I have a guy. Same guy that did my leg. but I just want to be as prepared as possible. I figure if I can get it all layed out that will save time and it will be like my own creation.

yeah but you have all the info there
bring it to him
explain what you want
any artisit worth his name will be able to do it and make it look good on you
you might spend a lot of time setting it up before hand to find out it wont fit your body where you want it....and then he still has to go back and fix it

I have spent as many hours talking with my artist as I have getting tattooed by him
