This is a part of an actual TELEVISION NEWS CAST (yes it was REALLY on TV). Its a friend of mine that works at Federal Hill Tattoo in Providence, RI.

I dont think Ill be getting one. Im not commited enough to have a tattoo on my hand yet, even if it is really small.
Thats not the place I goto, but I might go there for my next one. Thats a kid I went to highschool with. He was a great artist then and he has been
tattooing for quite awhile now.

Me and 2 other friend were at a tattoo shop while one of my fried gf's was getting a tat and there was this awful drawing on the wall and we were
pointing out how badass it was. The tattoo artist said "Oh, thats a 3 headed dragon. One of my customers kids drew it for me so I hung it up."
Well, after LOTS of talking, going back and forth, deal making between the 3 of us, we were VERY VERY VERY close to ALL getting the three headed
dragon tattoo. My friend offered to pay for my Sinners & Saints tat if I got the three headed dragon tat, but he would get it as well. So, if he
gets it... I think I am still obligated to  The 3rd kid was never 100% dwon with
the 3 headed dragon though.
PS: This is the same friend of mine that thru around the idea of picking out "Mystery Tattoos" for eachother and not being able to see them till they
are done. DANGEROUS! Especially if your friend picks somthing cool for you, and you pick somthing awful (or vice versa). I need to stay out of tat
shops with him.

i used to hang with a guy who had a tattoo shop in Southwest philly, which in the area of the shop, was a total ghetto. crackheads used to wander in
and out and what not, but we drew up a bunch of "afro centric flash" stuf like guns, blunts, pot leafs, brown sugar, thug life and so on. it was a
joke. but these retards actually paid good money to deface themselves with our jokes..idiots
