After the ridiculous shit done to the franchise with the new movies, I couldn't give half a shit about anything to do with Star Wars. I grew up on the originals and loved 'em as a kid. I was still a fan and had a bunch of toys, books, the trilogy on VHS and all that, but when greed got the better of the man behind it and he decided to cash in big time on some new movies it killed it for me. Those new ones are unwatchable and some of the dumbest things to ever come out of Hollywood (and that's saying a lot), I lost all interst in anything to do with any aspect of those movies after that. I saw them all (the original ones, I mean) in the theater when they were first released, even though I was only five when Star Wars first came out, and all I wanted for birthdays, xmas, and anything else for years after that was SW crap. The only thing I have left is one picture book that I got either the year SW came out or the year after and if I got an offer on it, I'd sell it in a heartbeat.

Damn. Sometimes you come off real vindictive 'saint. Haha.

I'm a sucker for SW... my china cabinet is half full of SW action figures... every lightsaber fight in the saga(with the newer figure line).

Vindictive? I just don't like it when anyone fucks up something that was a part of my life. Maybe that's vindictive, but I just see it as the way things go. If one of my friends turned into a total douchebag, I'd see if anything could be done to turn 'em back into who they were and if not, goodbye. I've got no time for bullshit anymore. I have enough shit that I have to deal with as it is, no need to take on extra if it can be avoided at all.
