I wasnt into that record at all. I think the missing links in the poll are GARAGE DAYS RE-REVISITED and GARAGE INC.

Garage Days was awsome, but I am talking Metallica as a band doing Metallica original songs.

I never heard S&M what is it?

Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

wow man, you gotta pick it up for a listen matey. its metallica playing all there stuff with michael kamen coducting the san francisco symphony orchestra along side. no matter if you dont like metallica that much you gotta give them respect for havin the balls to pull this off. and they pull it off rather well it has to be said. from the opening track 'the ecstasy of gold' (off the good the bad and the ugly!) kickin arse right the way through.

and i aint into metallica that much cuz i was tired of listening to it as a kid but this record is the mutts nuts.

What about the demo with Dave Mustaine on it? That was good, most of it ended up on Kill 'Em All but...
