http://www.iprescriber.com/ looks decent and no presciption needed and there isn't a "processing" fee.

This one looks good too. You want to "yellow" 30 mg. Your best bet is to look at the quesitons they will ask you and be prepared to answer them and
then call in your order. You will want to find a place that has "on site Dr's to fill the script". IF not, they call your Doc.

I beleive they do. This is where you'd call in your "order". That is one question you need to ask them. The ones that don't charge a "processing
fee" and will call your regular Dr.
