I don't think he's ever had a conversation last more than five minutes where he didn't say that. He's one of those people that keeps winding up in
movies and I honestly cannot see a single reason why. He can't act at all, he looks like the same moronic stoner trash no matter how they dress him
up, and he can't even make himself sound like anything other than a braindead bong casualty.
