My AMAZING eBay bargin!
As you all know I dont put much of a price limit on adding Slapshot stuff that I want to my collection, but I do love me a bargin!
Anyway.... The TEAR IT DOWN record that Spook City put out as a double 7" was limited to 1000 copies and the pressing was like this...
black/black - 550 copies
red/gold - 350 copies
clear/clear - 91 copies
pink/yellow - 9 copies
The Pink & Yellow was kind of a mistake from when they changed from the red/gold to the clear vinyl. I was lucky enough to get a copy from Shawn at
Spook City when I bought a test pressing from him. Then i was lucky enough to get one from Mark McKay when he got a few copies from the label.
That gave me 2 copies out of a total of 9 in existance.
Well... I just got one on ebay that aparently went almost unnoticed because I got it for $7.51! Woooo Hooooo... the record was $7.50 retail when it
came out! The guy selling it put that it was the "Rare - Easter Version" in the auction, but I guess no one cared or noticed or knew what it was or
somthing. It doesnt matter either way because Im psyched!
Now I can say that I own 1/3 of the copies that exist!

good score..i love a good ebay bargain i live for that shit.recently scored a lot of books for 35 bucks that had marvel feature 1,3 vf- 1st defenders
and marvel premiere 1 vf
and a special marvel edition 15 1st master of kung-fu vf for 22 bucks...

I know of 3 others that are in collections and I kep offering to buy them or trade the people for them, but no luck yet.
That leaves 3 unacounted for so if you know someone that has one, let me know!!

that rules Billy, thanks! It looks like I might be getting one from someone else in a week or to and then MAYBE one more from a kid that doesnt really
wanna sell it but needs the money. If I can get both copies that will be 5 our of 9 that exist!
