I wasnt sure if this was legit, but one of my 'smart' friends sent it to me. When I asked him if it was serious or just another internet hoax he sent

The net neutrality issue has been floating around congress for the last year or so now. Its lovely how quite possibly the biggest political issue of
our time has gotten barely any mainstream media coverage I don't think it would
ever happen though, or people in the future are gonna be reading about the Internet Rebellion of 200? in their history books. Shit would hit the fan
hard.
