so I just bought this
first newish vehicle in a long time
1996 ford taurus wagon,
83k miles
3 large out the door taxes and everything
most amount of cash I've handed over for anything at once non work related
my bitchin 89 honda needs too much work right now, so we had to get something new...
I hate american cars, but for the price fuck it
it'll be awesome for going to the drive in with the kids and I can't make excuses about not going to shows becasue of my suck ass car anymore...

congratulations.
i love station wagons, and was always a fan of the gigantic rear window on these taruses.

Over the weekend I was checking out Kelly's Blue Book for prices on cars for the Mrs. For shits I typed in the info for my car (98 Legacy L wagon) to
see how much it's worth. Got to the part where it asks to enter mileage and it said that average mileage for my car should be around 85k. Ive got
almost 150k!
Anyway... good buy. Station wagons rule!
