neighbor has cut a bush of yours that is in his yard.
and you notice he threw the scraps into a scrap pile you have in your yard. You let that go because you don't want to fight and it possibly was
hanging into his property line. 3 months later you notice his pine trees that are next to your bush are well over the line he drew with cutting my
bushes.
Do you?
a. trim his pine trees to the exact depth he cut your bush?
or
b. Be a bitch and do nothing because you don't want trouble.
c. Ask him why he did it. Keep in mind this is the same ASSHOLE that had his tree limbs fall on my truck and cost me $1400 this winter. Yes his limbs
are still hanging over my driveway.
I talked with the city this past spring about trimming that tree but the city said in LORAIN COUNTY you can't cut anything at all even though its over
your property. So he already did the wrong thing by cutting my bush.

I would talk to him or goto the city/police because if he really is an asshole and you cut his tree then he might report you.
