I am too fucking fat. I jsut put on a shirt I used to wear because it was a big shirt. Now whenI put it on it fits tight. FUCK THIS SHIT. O and a
frined of mine called me a "blimp" yesterday.
FUCK THIS I HAVE TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT. I am now officially in my book as FAT and not the cool p.h.a.t.

ooh, quick follow up. There's a dude on my hockey team who put on almost 20 pounds of fat over the summer. Man, he walked in the locker room last
night and we all looked at each other like, "OK, who should tell him he's officially fat now?" He is the best guy in the world too.
He had a decent skate and mid way through the game last night he looks at me and you can just tell he's bummed out. He's getting back on track Monday
with the "Abs Diet".
This shit works man. I swear to you.
