HANK III news

Hank Williams III has announced a fall tour in support of his upcoming album, Straight To Hell. The double album promises a "celebration of drinking too much, staying up too late and getting into all kinds of nefarious mischief." It was recorded on a $400 Korg D-1600 and will be a 13 songs long and stretch out over two discs, described as ?one done right, the other done wrong.?

The album features 12 songs on the first disc features additional musicians described as "super pickers, the ones I can?t afford to take on the road."

The second disc is one long track, featuring his first cover of his grandfather's work "I Could Never Be Ashamed Of You" and a Wayne "The Train" Hancock tune. It's described as "nothing at all like you see comin?" and "in spots even a little psychedelic."
