So leme get this all right here: Guy (A.) gets drunk and gets pulled over. Mind you, all the police need is resonable suspicion that crime has been,
is being, or will be commited (read your law) they do not need probable cause to stop you. So either way he gets pulled over, flees a legal detention
by the police and kills someone. I'm at a loss to understand your point "fahq", it's either ok to run from the cops because you think they don't
