he survived, right.
coppers should have taken the opportunity to put a bullet in his head right then and there.

He survived and the woman in car video 2 died. I agree with the bullet idea. Talk is he may only get 5 years. I know the lawyer that may defend him. Says "alcohol" will help his defense.

Even though it is fun to just get drunk off your ass, it's still no excuse for killing somebody.

However if any of you knew the cop that pulled him over is a prick and if you listen to phil talk you know that the pigs followed him and targeted him until they could pull him over. Yeah im sorry he took someones inncent life, he's gotta live with that too. Why do you gotta sit here and rip him. Thats tacky you pieces of shit. Perez the cop had it out for him and its Amherst polices fault this tragedy happened.

so was he drunk or not? if so, no matter if the officer was being a prick or not he got into a car and drove drunk. That's certainly not the police officer's fault.

So leme get this all right here: Guy (A.) gets drunk and gets pulled over. Mind you, all the police need is resonable suspicion that crime has been, is being, or will be commited (read your law) they do not need probable cause to stop you. So either way he gets pulled over, flees a legal detention by the police and kills someone. I'm at a loss to understand your point "fahq", it's either ok to run from the cops because you think they don't have a right to stop you, or it's ok to kill someone because you fled. Please explain.

Stern is and always will be a drunk. At least for the time being he is off the road. Maybe he will die in prison. I read in the paper he was assulted already. At least I think it was him.
