latest (& most bizzare) addition to the Slapshot collection

Its a one of a kind shirt. about 10 years ago Mark McKay had some shirts printed that just said SLAP SHOT Olde Tyme Hardcore. He had them done by a friend that ran a print shop. The guy that printed them found the Miss Piggy shirt and decided to play a joke on Mark. He printed the SLAP SHOT on the Muppets shirt and then put that shirt on top of the bundles of shirts in the box that Mark picked up to make him think that ALL the shirts were like that. Aparently Mark then gave it away to someone and now its 'coming home' to the collection because I just bought it on eBay. I paid $41 which I thought was a pretty damn good deal!

I have a few albums by Slapshot. I listened to them a bunch of times and was never really into them in a big way. They have a some good tracks, but I was never really feeling them all that much. Oh well.

One time the Johnny Vomit guys drank with the Sapshot guys behind a club on Chicago southside...sometime late 80's...no one ever believes the story but these guys really have no relevant ties to the "scene" at large so making that up would be kinda fruitless.

PS. Slapshot rules.

Theyre like the Bad Brains (while nowhere near as good) in that even their "crappy" albums are better than most bands "good" albums.

When is the grand opening of the Slapshot Museum?

Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where cunts like me and you can truly take it easy and relax. Know what I mean?
