Lots of stuff on there that I'm not a fan of and a few that I'm not really familiar with, but I think I get the impact that most of those records had.
I dont think there should be so many records by the same bands though.

How can people say no to Napalm Death Scum? Its arguably more influential than over half of that list. As for the argument that its not "Punk" by
definition its more punk than 90% of that list.

it's called an opinion. most people get over the "my opinion is always right" sort of arrogance by the time they're out of their teens. is it an
influential album? of course. that's not the topic title. is it a better album than alot of the crap on that list? yup, but it's still not in my
greatest punk albums of all time list. not by a long shot.

How can people say no to Napalm Death Scum? Its arguably more influential than over half of that list. As for the argument that its not "Punk" by
definition its more punk than 90% of that list. |
it's called an opinion. most people get over the "my opinion is always right" sort of arrogance by the time they're out of their teens. is it an
influential album? of course. that's not the topic title. is it a better album than alot of the crap on that list? yup, but it's still not in my
greatest punk albums of all time list. not by a long shot. |
holy mackeral andy!
I don't think my opinion is right by a longshot! just a discussion...I didn't think this was a support group...everyone agreeing with everyone else is
boring.

That list is retarted. How can half of the most influential punk albums have come out in the mid to late 90's? Argh. Someone please get green day
off of that list an put Pinhead Gunpowder on. And Nirvana? Seriously?

The best thing about that list is how they have bands whos influence/significance CAN be argued...yet they pick a really recent crappy pop laden album
of theirs...i.e. the Bostones

No DOA or Dayglo Abortions means that list is seriously lacking. A good deal of the shit on that list is likely based on the opinions of kids who
were born after 1990.

It's either direct hit or big time miss with this list. I can see some of it being there although I don't care for it. Alot of it does not belong on
there at all. The only one I thought needed a major change to stay was Social D, that album is not even close to their most influential. I would say
self titled or possibly somewhere between heaven and hell.
