Best Television Episode of All Time
Last night Mrs Reed83 and I watched "The Biggest Loser" fianlly. I will go on record as saying this was the greatest television episode I have ever
seen in my life.
To watch these people dedicate themselves to getting in shape and losing so much weight is incredibly motivating. The winner started the contest at
like 407. He finished in the 180's I think.
Statistically, they will put weight back on because they lost so much in a short time. But they made a lifestyle change and that is crucial.
I say great job NBC and it is a nice break from the 600 different versions of CSI and Some derivation of Wife Swap.
I packed my gym bag last night, got up at 5:00 am, did the elliptical for 30 minutes with 15 minutes of weights. I feel fucking great.

how do they choose the winner, based soley on the percentage of weight lost?
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

I watched that show for a few weeks. I missed this week though.
Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

opportunity isn't exactly on the horizion.
