Elitist cliques in hardcore

I always laughed at the fact that the Slumlords were really funny, down to earth guys that didn't take all this too seriously, while some of their fans took it all way too seriously.

I am so fuckin out of touch with this shit, purposely, that I had no idea this was an issue. I have grown up problems to deal with, let the kids deal with kids problems. Oh, and this is not an attack at you Boycott, I realize you have the connection through your business, I am just agreeing with you.

I don't see that too much with NY bands. Toby from H20 always remembers me and Mitts from Madball always seems approachable and cool. I argued with him in NJ while he watched the Giants choke in the playoffs.

The sooner you realize the majority of HC is kids who weren't allowed in popular in high school cliques who felt alienated and are now desperately trying to form their own cliques and subgenres of cliques to alienate others, the sooner you will understand the secrets of the universe.

I tell stupid ass kids to go fuck themselves almost daily.

Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where cunts like me and you can truly take it easy and relax. Know what I mean?

Damn I'm the skinny one...which I'm not
34 waist
XXL shirt size
7 1/4
I too hate hardcore/metal bands that are too cool for school, I thought the idea of hardcore was to bridge the gap of alienation, not strengthen it. And I agree with the Terror remark, I still dig them musically but everytime I see them it's a big put off. Scott Vogel is way too full of himself.
