North Side Kings tour and news.

Because we all have full time jobs, touring time for us is very limited. It's also a major project to put together. If we were on the road and constantly toured it would be easier to orchestrate. But shit aint like that and it?s a lot of organizing, preparation, and work to put together.

So here is what we are working on:

July 4th Chicago
July 5th Detroit
July 6th Cleveland
July 7th NYC
July 8th New Jersey
July 9th and 10th probably southern like Virginia and North Carolina. Unless we head northern to Mass and Baltimore That?s still undecided

We have some tentative touring bands in mind we are talking too. To make this at all possible we need a bit of help. We are going to need to fly into Chicago to start. Financially - to have someone drive a van from AZ to the east is retarded. The gas expense, van rental mileage and pay for someone to drive all that way is brutal. It's unaffordable to a band thats not on the road.

So flying is our only option unless we just did a west coast tour. Since we have done a lot more west stuff we feel we need to get our asses back there. (I's seriously been since 2002!)

But flying has another restriction - backline. By flying we can only bring so much gear - guitars, petals, wiring, symbols, snare, and maybe heads if we can get our hands on road cases.

Basically here is the deal - we are looking for another band that wants to do this with us that doesn't mind back lining gear with us. I know that?s a pretty ghetto request but it is what it is. When we get to Chicago we are probably going to rent a mini van. It's pretty DIY!!!

So to everyone that keeps asking - "When are you guys coming to ******* " Well we are working on it. And don't worry, I will be stearing clear of beer bottles to the face the next few months! We are going to make this happen, I am determind.

Anybody with suggestions, ideas, whatever - feel free to hit me back. Any imput would be greatlly appreciated.

Plus too add to the news - our new record will be available on vinyl in April. The CD version will be available in June and its different than the vinyl. Spread the word.
