Madball to record new album this spring

Now back home from a recent East Coast tour, Madball will head back into their rehearsal space to finish writing their next full-length. The group hopes to record the currently untitled album in late-spring, with a release planned for early-fall. In related news, Madball will also be working on a DVD release that will cover the band's entire history, including live footage and tour videos

Ive had Demonstrating My Style in my car all week so far.
I prefer the oldr stuff...I'd like to see some old footage end up ont he video. I have some good older footage of the band with Stigma on guitar.

I still say with sound and vibe, NYHC ep could have been there best full length album had it been done.

But Hold It Down is my favorite so far. Definitely looking forward to more new music.

Thorp release, another Ferret or new unknown label?

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

NYHC was a very strong release.
the best one at that point in the career.
i wish they had dome a full length at that time.
i think the current lineup is the strongest.
